Apartments located in the Memorial Heights area along Washington Avenue such as Washington Courtyards provide convenient access to major thoroughfares, Houston’s major employers, shopping, world-class dining and entertainment opportunities out the butt. Washington Courtyards consist of 74 units in total so despite the rowdy living environment you’re surrounded with, getting the peace and quite you deserve isn’t a problem at Washington Courtyards. I personally hate this community because they’re cheap and don’t pay locators. The few months out of the year when they do pay realtors commission it’s something ridiculous. Petty cash, not even worth collecting on really.
