The Windsor at Siena apartments on Studemont (Montrose Blvd) in Memorial Heights Houston is a great place to lease. I was a former resident of Windsor at Siena for 13 months in 2008 and loved every minute of it. The leasing staff and maintenance team are some of the best I have experienced (and I’ve experienced many). I lived in the 2 bedroom Lugano floor plan featuring a gourmet kitchen, seperate dining room with track lighting, home office setup, 10 foot ceilings and VALET TRASH PICK-UP 5 DAYS A WEEK!

Windsor at Siena is one of the more luxury Montrose apartments near the trendy Memorial Heights and Washington Avenue entertainment venues and restaurants. Houston Montrose apartments are a little on the pricey side due to there closeness to the very sought after area of Houston Memorial Heights.
